Product Returns · Cancellations

Upon completion of the order and before shipping, you can cancel by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling 22310-24808.

Exceptions: Products made to order/specifications, services that have been performed, custom embroidery, special modifications to clothing, etc.

• Exercise within 14 days of receipt without justification.
• The product in its original condition, intact packaging, all accessories/gifts/documents.
• Return with your own means and cost within 14 days from the withdrawal.
• The full amount will be refunded using the same payment method after verification.

Value reduction: In case of improper handling beyond reasonable testing, proportional compensation will be deducted. Unsealing of packaging results in at least a 50% reduction in commercial value.

Exceptions: Special order/items with specifications, services rendered, embroideries, special clothing modifications, etc.

• Defective/poor quality product due to the fault of yfadi.gr.
• Wrong products were sent from yfadi.gr.
• Defect covered by warranty.
• Replacement for incorrect size is not possible except in special cases. Please contact us before making a purchase.

Deadline: Within 7 calendar days from receipt. Products must be returned complete, undamaged, in the original packaging where available, with all documents and original receipts.

Shipping costs: Are the responsibility of the customer for the return.

The yfadi.gr reserves the right to reject a return request. Returns outside of the terms may be partially credited upon review.

Credit/Replacement: After inspection. The refund of the price, where it does not concern Withdrawal, can be made by issuing a gift voucher.
